How do you know if your training program as a whole was successful? Earlier you started out by identifying training gaps for a group of workers, and you then worked out a training program. If all the trainees have achieved the learning outcomes of the program, does that mean the program was successful?
Probably – but you can’t really be sure that the training money was well spent until you can show some improvement in the workplace.
